To invest with Ascend Equity Fund, you must qualify as an accredited investor under

SEC guidelines. You qualify if you meet any ONE of the following criteria:

Individual Income

Earned income exceeding $200,000 in each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same for the current year.

$300,000+

Joint Income (with Spouse)

Joint income exceeding $300,000 in each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same for the current year.

$1M+ Net Worth

Net Worth Threshold

Individual or joint net worth exceeding $1 million, excluding the value of your primary residence.
