In 2020, Andy made a bold pivot from the media world into multifamily real estate. Leveraging his deep operational background, he quickly found his niche in capital raising, and hasn’t looked back. Since then, he has raised over $6 million and served as GP or Co-GP on more than 537 multifamily units, including an assisted living facility.
He is the author of The Common Thread Method – Your Uncommon Path to Successful Capital Raising, available on Amazon and Audible. The book, which won the 2025 International Impact Book Award, outlines a powerful framework for building trust, connection, and momentum with investors and features insights from multifamily expert Jen Conkey.

He currently teaches capital raising strategy for Warriors of Wealth (WOW) and is the founder of RiseBy25.com, a mentorship program dedicated to empowering young adults (ages 16–25) with the tools, mindset, and real estate strategies to achieve financial freedom.
